Shipping & Returns
Every order is picked from a numbered bin, boxed on the packing desk and dispatched from our Lancashire stockroom. Here is how delivery and returns work. All charges are in USD.

Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM (UK time) on a working day are picked and packed the same day. Everything ships from Unit 29 Berkeley Business Park, Turner Street, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Lancashire, OL6 8LB.
- In-stock lines: picked and dispatched within 1 working day.
- Kits and multi-case orders: consolidated into a single parcel where the weight allows.
- Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the desk.
02Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated on your pick list before checkout. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout. All amounts are shown in USD.
03Returns
Unopened stationery in its original case can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item value. Return shipping is arranged with our support desk so the parcel comes back to the correct bin.
- Items must be unused and in the original sealed wrap.
- Email support@jmstationery.shop with your SKU list to start a return and receive a returns reference.
- Refunds are issued in USD to the original method once the return is checked back in.
No payment is collected on this site yet. When checkout is enabled, refund handling will follow the connected payment provider's process. Until then, reserve or query an order by email.
04Damaged or short deliveries
If a case arrives damaged or a line is missing from the box, email support@jmstationery.shop or call +44 7896343493 within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will re-pick the affected lines or refund them in USD.
