02What we collect
- Contact details you provide through the enquiry form or by email (name, email address, phone number).
- The SKUs and quantities on a pick list you send us, so we can quote availability and USD pricing.
- Basic technical data (browser type, pages viewed) collected to keep the site working and secure.
Your pick list is stored in your own browser using local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you email it.
03How we use it
- To answer enquiries and reserve or quote a pick list.
- To arrange dispatch and delivery of orders you place with us.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data. Because checkout is not yet enabled and payment provider is pending, we do not collect or store card details on this site.
04Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@jmstationery.shop and we will respond within a reasonable period.
05Retention
We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, after which they are securely deleted.
